Call to Order

Open Floor:

• List of everyone with contact information- Call, Be direct, 1 to 1 engagement 

• Motivate members to show up and submit  dollars 

• Give the option to chose a Thursday to “Just Be”Here

• Founder to facilitate charter member to co-facilitate

• Have to make an orientation ( Everyone)

• D and ME will flush out packet to be sent to Facilitator (Tentatively Jordan) 

• Thursday Jubilee Day

• Discuss Financial Health 

  • Discuss budget of Quarterly (Fundraiser)

    • Want to have sponsors and partners , advertising, 

    • Willing to spend $2000 if at LG

    • Potentially having at another space

    • Need a Tech Week( 3 days minimum but week perferred)

Live work space $3000 Design 

Earthship probably already has a model but will have to pay for it. 

Cohort program in AZ(Joe) 

We have to determine what we want in the space

Arts Pavillion 

Library( Without walls) { Like a study/secluded space yet still in community) 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Action Item: 

• D and M.E will flush out packet  to be sent to Facilitator (Tentatively Jordan)

• Joe to Draft Letter to make sure everyone is oriented to LG: Signing MOU, Making Payments,

• M.E get Names list to Joe

• D to assist with calls 

• M.E to send ledger to Joe

• Newlee to pull charter members together
