Next Steps: No immediate need for direct conversations with Jazz HR, and emphasis was placed on strong bookkeeping to manage accounts effectively.


3. Job Descriptions and Recruitment


Internships: James mentioned bringing in interns from the 37208 area and clarified that he would handle setup and workers’ compensation issues.

Job Postings: James began drafting job descriptions and skill requirements, noting that he would finalize and share them for review.


4. Logo Selection and Branding


Decision on Logo: The team decided on using the “LG” emblem for all platforms to maintain brand consistency.


5. Budgeting and Financial Planning


Budget Delegation: Fatima was assigned to draft simple budgets. James will begin working on standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to financial management.

Platform Management: The team discussed managing platforms like Gusto and Xero, agreeing on streamlining financial processes.
