Throughout my life, I’ve focused on learning and applying lessons—from my experiences and those shared by others—to become the best version of myself. This passion for growth fuels Liberated Grounds’ mission to provide spaces and tools that empower you to thrive personally and professionally.

 

The journey began with Essential Motivation, a platform designed to deliver messages of inspiration through speaking engagements and events centered on self-care and self-development. From there, I launched mentoring programs to guide women through life’s challenges, helping them discover the lessons and opportunities in every situation. This focus on resilience and positivity is a cornerstone of everything we do.

 

I also host a podcast, Essential Mental Healing, available on all platforms. The podcast is rooted in practical, real-life conversations about healing the whole self and features a variety of exceptional guests. It’s a space where listeners can explore transformative ideas alongside me and my co-host, who also happens to be my mother.

 

As a certified Behavioral Elements coach, I specialize in helping individuals enhance their skills and build confidence to tackle complex personal and professional challenges.
