Objective:

We aim to capture the spiritual shift of community building by connecting to the land through the empowerment of black, indigenous, people of color through sustainable living and agricultural practices with support of our allies and accomplices for our collective liberation.

Yoga Sessions: Offer multiple yoga sessions throughout the day, catering to different levels of experience. Consider different styles like Hatha for beginners, Vinyasa for more dynamic flows, and Yin for deep stretching and relaxation.

Meditation Workshops: Schedule guided meditation sessions focusing on mindfulness, loving-kindness, or specific techniques like body scan meditation. Offer sessions for both beginners and those with a more advanced practice.

Nature Walks: If the venue allows, organize guided nature walks or hikes to promote connection with the environment and physical activity. These can be relaxing and invigorating, offering a break from the indoor activities.
